CASE STUDY | WMPO NIKE GOLF

With a combined attendance over 1500 people throughout the week, Beyond Marketing Group helped manage and execute NIKE Golf’s suite at the inaugural Bay Club at Waste Management Phoenix Open at hole 17.

PARTY AT THE BAY CLUB:
Celebrating 3 new product innovations, the suite housed:
• Full-size putting green (replicating the 17th hole)
• Full Swing Golf Simulator (simulated 17th course)
• Dynamic product displays

Each guest was treated to:
• White glove service
• Premium F&B
• Dynamic product displays

SURPISE ACTIVATION
Mid-week, the suite hosted an exciting and impactful spectacle of a guerilla-esque activation. A group of nearly 100 people ran 1.5 miles through the Arizona streets, through the surprised golf tournament crowd, and directly to the NIKE Suite.

After interacting with legendary golf coaches, trying their hand at putting and long drives, the event culminated back 1.5 miles away with the NIKE Performance Fitting Experience and a huge celebration with a DJ, dance performance, and more.

In addition to an environment of excitement and product interactions, BMG build a community of camaraderie, both with staff and guests.

The smiles radiated, the suite was buzzing, and cheers abound for the NIKE Athletes in the field as they passed hole 17. The week ended on a high, with tournament play extending to hole 17, helping to finishing the experience with even higher intensity and passion.
